Spiritual Integration of Consciousness is a term of art within the field of Energy Spirituality®. The term was developed by Rose Rosetree and published on her blog. Energy Spirituality® has a trademark because she filed for it under her name. Like all of her 11 trademarks, approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office!

Specifically, Spiritual Integration of Consciousness is a new way to accelerate spiritual evolution, a way that was not available for spiritual seekers until the Shift on Dec. 21, 2012. The Shift into the Age of Awakening!

This is an automatic process for balancing the two steps needed now, for moving full speed ahead in your spiritual growth.

Step 1 is Spiritual Expansion of Consciousness, which we receive from doing Spiritual Technique Time.

Step 2 is Spiritual Integration of Consciousness, which we receive from paying attention to life in ordinary human ways. NOT doing fancy techniques with our consciousness, such as mindfulness or self-awareness.

Technically, doing mindfulness or self-awareness counts as Spiritual Technique Time. So itwould not count for Step 2.

Moreover, practices like mindfulness and self-awareness have very Low Truth Value. Although popular at this time, they do not work well, as you can read at the Energy Spirituality Blog, with such articles as “SLOW DOWN Propaganda? Pace Yourself YOUR Way“.

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness only works well when a person does just 20 Daily Minutes (Total) of Spiritual Technique Time.

And it only works for those who live in the second consciousness era on Earth, the Age of Awakening.

Now let’s explore in depth . . . and with fun.

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness #1.

Can You Understand This? Definitely

Today I’m officially introducing a new term of art within Energy Spirituality®.

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness is something you do with your awareness, your beautiful-and-sacred flow of consciousness.

If you have normal mental functioning, and you live on Earth now, yes! You can benefit from Spiritual Integration of Consciousness. Actually, you may be doing this already. You may do this:

  1. Automatically
  2. Effortlessly, and
  3. Powerfully

But There’s a Catch

You can only gain the benefits if you’re doing the necessary two-step — a very human dance, benefiting self-actualizing people. And helping you why? Since you happen to be living now, in the Age of Awakening. Race ahead to Section #7, if you’re in a big hurry to get to the bottom line.

However, you’ll likely get better results from this new kind of knowledge . . . if you read everything that follows. And read it at normal pace.

Huh? What I mean is, please avoid skim-reading. That’s better for things you already know, like articles that spice up what you already believe and expect, bring you a fresh little tweak.

Today’s topic, Spiritual Integration of Consciousness, is leading-edge new. Don’t expect flashy, please. In my work that’s never the point. Instead, expect to learn something with High Truth Value.

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness #2.

Are You Eligible for This Kind of Giant Step Forward?

Depends.

Suppose that you aim for personal development that involves your consciousness. Any kind! You’ll do it better if you make use of a force within you that only began with the Age of Awakening: Spiritual Integration of Consciousness.

You’re in a position to benefit if, for instance, you’re into one of these:

  1. Seeking Enlightenment in the Age of Awakening“.
  2. Aiming for psychological growth and wholeness.
  3. Passionately interested in Spiritual Awakening
  4. Involved in a religion. * Inspiring example: Recently deceased, Pope Francis.* And a scary example: Newly appointed Pope Leo XIV. *
  5. Spiritual but not Religious. Or you’re religious, to some degree, but not minding if I’m not churchy.
  6. Basically, whatever your path, you care about making spiritual and emotional progress.

Really, there are countless examples of what will make you eligible to benefit from Spiritual Integration of Consciousness.

If you have any questions about this, or any but-but-but’s, just ask.

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness #3. Telling It to You Straight

Many Good Goals Do NOT Directly Use Consciousness

Commonly, seekers of the following goals use aspirational language that may sound similar to how one can talk about personal growth. Either way, many folks use the same kinds of Psychology Talk and Energy Talk that originated in the 60s. (Seems to me, in the Age of Awakening, ordinary Human Talk can work far better for us all.)

Anyway, the point here is discernment. I’m not trying to “be negative,” just realistic.

In reality, the following goals do NOT involve spiritual consciousness.

  1. Making $5 million dollars by the time you are 3o.
  2. Becoming famous as a performer — or even famous for being famous
  3. Earning tons of money as a writer on Substack
  4. Jacking up your body with remarkable muscular development
  5. Aiming to perfect yourself and your life through diet, such as living as a vegan

By all means, if any of these are your dreams, pursue them. As an Enlightenment Coach, though, it is my job to add this: Don’t fool yourself into thinking that dreams like these will move you anywhere near to using your full potential of consciousness.

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness #4.

What If You’re an Empath?

Does Spiritual Integration of Consciousness happen to you automatically? Due to being an empath?

Is it smart to expect this?

COMMENT to share your ideas. Or ask about this if you’re interested in hearing more from me. Maybe you’ve heard of real-deal Empath Empowerment®?

This is a big topic. If you’re interested, ask and I’ll answer. Otherwise, why make this article longer than it’s already going to be?

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness #5.

What Does It Mean, Spiritual Integration of Consciousness?

Earlier you read here:

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness is something you do with your awareness, your beautiful-and-sacred flow of consciousness.

But guess what? Consciousness is not something you can force. Rather, Spiritual Integration of Consciousness is a process that happens automatically, provided that you don’t mess it up.

How Does It Work, this Spiritual Integration of Consciousness?

Just as humans walk on two legs, living now, we move forward inwardly through a two-step process:

  1. Your Spiritual Technique Time enlivens spiritual awakening through Spiritual Expansion.
  2. Next, your regular human living — not doing any fancy dancing with your consciousness — can integrate this awakening through Spiritual Integration of Consciousness.

Only one thing can mess up this process. What do you think would keep this two-step from happening?

When we allow this process to work properly, we evolve fast. Growing emotionally, spiritually, socially. As has happened to Energy Spirituality® students who’ve begun to use their full potential in life.

As can happen to you!

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness #7.

For This Integration, A New Spiritual Principle

Do 20 minutes a day of Spiritual Technique Time.

The formula is simple, yes? Perfect for a two-legged human. Do neither less nor more of that 20 daily minutes.

Spiritual Technique Time is each day’s important time for your consciousness, when you can set authentic growth in motion: And that means cumulative growth, too.

Learn more from the link just provided about that “Do 20 minutes a day.”

Say if this idea comes as a relief. Or if you don’t think it’s possible for you. Ask, ask, ask.

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness #8.

Why Haven’t You Heard of This Integration Thingie Before?

Look, this term of art is authentically new. Nonetheless, some of you readers may already be prepared to understand it.

And why? Because you know the truth what really happened with the Shift into the Age of Awakening.

If Not, No Worries. Here’s a Quick Download

A big planetary Shift happened on Dec. 21, 2012: ushering in the second consciousness era on Earth. What have been the two most common reactions?

Reaction 1. Scoff that anything important happened at all.

Reaction 2. Believing influencers who taught you myths with small truth value.

Have you’ve done one or both of these? Again, no worries. Now I’m linking you to a resource that can quickly update your knowledge of the Age of Awakening. Read this and you’ll gain a lot more clarity.

Afterward, COMMENT with any questions that occur to you.

Reaction 3. Here’s a refreshing alternative. You can read this perspective about what can help you to thrive in the Age of Awakening.

Discover some subtle ways that your consciousness works differently now:

  1. Automatically
  2. Effortlessly
  3. Powerfully

Note: Extensive research backs up each of these three links. I am no theorist. Rather, I learn from what I explore with my Energy Spirituality clients.

#9. Spiritual Integration of Consciousness IS What?

It’s a Term of Art from Energy Spirituality®

Contrary to weird ideas from AI summaries on Google, Energy Spirituality is not a group of people. Nor is this body of work . . . something that “spiritual people” automatically know. Grrrr.

Energy Spirituality® has a trademark because I filed for it under my name. Like all my 11 trademarks, approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office!

Sometimes new clients will tell me they’ve “done energy spirituality” before. But it turns out, they’ve “kind of done it.”

Hello, that doesn’t count. If you want the real deal, here’s a tip. Don’t believe imitators and trademark infringers.

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness #10

HOW Did Rose Rosetree Discover This Term of Art?

It happened on Sunday, May 18. Happened on the day before publishing this article, actually!

That morning, I was publishing some new comments at my personal blog, responses to my article about Spiritual Technique Time.

THEODORE wrote:

Rose, the distinction you’ve drawn here, between Spiritual Technique Time, and regular human living time – it’s very uncommon.

So many spiritual teachers emphasise primarily *addition* of spiritual techniques to our lives – (and the more time spent doing them, the better, is often the underlying message).

Aha! The implications of THEODORE’S words struck me immediately. Out went my plans for today. Instead, I spent today writing a dedicated blogpost announcing this new term of art.

You’ve been reading it, you thought leaders! Now you’re nearly finished.

    Victoria says:

    Congratulations, Rose :)

“Spiritual Integration of Consciousness” is as important and powerful as the Spiritual Technique Time. This new-and-official term of art makes this distinction more clear. Thank you for this exciting news!

  2. 2

    VICTORIA, congratulations to us all.

Not everyone wants to understand the nuts and bolts, like why doing 20 Daily Minutes of Spiritual Technique Time helps us to grow so fast. But . . .

  3. 3

For those of us who do Daily Minutes of Spiritual Technique Time — and also seek to understand why it works so well — today’s article is for folks like us.

  4. 4
    Melissa says:

It is exciting to read about something new and important enough to have its own term of art.

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness has a nice ring to it. Yay, us!

  5. 5

Sweet of you to notice, MELISSA.

Come to think of it, no wonder I chose bells for the photo at the top of this blogpost. You’re right, Spiritual Integration of Consciousness has a nice ring to it. :)

  6. 6

You can read today’s new article on three different platforms.

This Energy Spirituality Blog is the first, clearly.

  7. 7

On MEDIUM,there’s now a version of this article where you can learn, respond, highlight, and clap.

As I’ve learned from PETER, in Comment #58 below, you don’t have to pay for the Medium membership and you can still clap, highlight and respond as a comment. Just download the app for Medium to your phone and follow Rose Rosetree. Then you can easily talk to others through the comments — without paying.

  8. 8

As of today, I’m going to stop sharing the free links for Medium. Thanks to the workaround supplied by Blog-Buddy PETER below. Here it is for you now:

To participate, you don’t have to pay for the Medium membership and you can still clap, highlight and respond as a comment. Just download the app for Medium to your phone and follow Rose Rosetree. Then you can easily talk to others through the comments there without paying.

  9. 9

On Substack, later today, this article on “Spiritual Integration of Consciousness” will be published between 4 and 5 p.m.

Important to know, you will never have to pay a nickel to read the Rose Rosetree Substack. Different authors there do charge money, but you can usually subscribe to a free version of that author’s account. With my account, you can always “subscribe” for free.

    Matt says:

Hi Rose, if you think it’s appropriate, if I may I’d like to share my thoughts and reaction to this blog post.

This new Energy Spirituality term of art and Theodore’s comment succinctly describes how I have benefitted from regular sessions with you and doing 20 minutes of daily technique time, no more and no less.

  11. 11
    Matt says:

Before I discovered Energy Spirituality I would incorporate spiritual techniques into my life and I used to think they would help me grow and be more effective in my career.

When I look back now, I would say they held me back.

  12. 12
    Matt says:

Whereas now, I do 20 minutes of technique time in the morning, before work and that’s it in terms of spiritual techniques.

For the rest of the day, I then do and say things in objective reality to solve problems at work and to move towards my goals.

  13. 13
    Matt says:

I would like to add I avoid energy talk (I’ve noticed people talk about vibes and energy a lot nowadays and the term “manifesting” is popular on social media and amount young people) and interpreting things that happen as spiritual or influenced by my energy or other people’s energy.

  14. 14
    Matt says:

Wow, thank you Rose for this blog post and new term of art and thank you Theodore for your comment.

    This made my day.

  15. 15

And now you’ve made mine, MATT.

Your first proper comment at the Energy Spirituality® Blog, and it’s a beauty. Thank you for every word.

  16. 16
    Theodore says:

‘Spiritual Integration of Consciousness’ – ah, fantastic term!

Congratulations to you Rose on another sui generis discovery!

  17. 17

    Thank you, THEODORE.

Divine Beings deserve credit for cocreating the unfolding knowledge of Energy Spirituality®.
    While who else deserves credit?

  18. 18

Thanks and credit go to our informal, curious, caring community, with way-intelligent explorers of High Truth Value, our Energy Spirituality community.

  19. 19
    Theodore says:

You know, even as I was writing those comments, talking about Spiritual Technique Time and then ‘integration’, I was struck by the sense of uneveness between the terms – how kind of old and shabby ‘integration’ sounded next to a proper, Age of Awakening-appropriate term of art.

  20. 20
    Theodore says:

‘Spiritual Integration of Consciousness’ balances those scales beautifully, now that this Age of Awakening process is available to us.

  21. 21

Come to think of it, THEODORE, you’re right.

I’m too involved in cocreating new knowledge of Energy Spirituality®, dedicated to doing it justice — at least, doing my reasonable best — to evaluate or critique, etc. But you’re right.

  22. 22
    Theodore says:

I don’t know if you’ve made a formal point of it anywhere that I’ve seen, yet, but I note that the Energy Spirituality® term of art, ‘Technique Time’ has also received an upgrade, which I also think much better reflects its specific meaning.

Now these two terms are really looking just so, to me!

  23. 23

Again, you’re right, THEODORE. As I continue doing what I can to communicate — and update — the knowledge of Energy Spirituality®, certain serviceable terms need a tweak.

To celebrate the renaming of Technique Time as Spiritual Technique Time, I’ve published “Spiritual Technique Time. Q&As.” That’s still open for your questions, Blog-Buddies.

  24. 24
    Theodore says:

Thank you for taking the time to go through the fundamentals of Spiritual Integration of Consciousness in this way.

As soon as I saw you coin the term, I thought to myself, ‘I sure would like to read an article on the basics of this concept’. So this was just perfect, thank you so much!

  25. 25
  26. 26
    Ed says:

Interesting, Rose! I am curious about this question: “Question 5. At the start of this article, I read that it was “POWERED BY ENERGY SPIRITUALITY® AURA READING” — Why that one, rather than our other specialties?”

I’ve no idea why Aura Reading would be particularly relevant here.

  27. 27

ED, it’s official. You’re making the leap from lurker to Blog-Buddy, signalized by your excellent Comment #26. Thank you.

Before answering your fine question, I’ll ask and answer another one:

  28. 28

Why have I begun to write, near the start of each new blogpost, “POWERED BY [one of the Energy Spirituality® specialties]”?

It’s meant to help readers — both newbies and experienced readers of this blog — alike.

  29. 29

So many bloggers, Substack writers, etc. create a cute little website, or a style or personality that wins them Substack followers, etc. Tightly defined. Carefully branded.

This is so much easier on readers, in that they know exactly what to expect.

  30. 30

In 1986, as I began to cocreate the field of Energy Spirituality®, I had no idea that I was “founding a field.”

Nor did I realize that, after the Shift on Dec. 21, 2012, Energy Spirituality would play a leadership role in bringing forth knowledge that works well during this second consciousness era for humanity, the Age of Awakening.

  31. 31

The specialties arrived one after another, with extra systems within most of them, some of them being systems that I would trademark. (Others that deserved to be designated “intellectual property” I stopped trademarking, for my convenience.) In came:

  32. 32

    1. POWERED BY ENERGY SPIRITUALITY® AURA READING
    2. POWERED BY ENERGY SPIRITUALITY® ENERGY HEALING
    3. And POWERED BY ENERGY SPIRITUALITY EMPATH EMPOWERMENT®
    4. POWERED BY ENERGY SPIRITUALITY® ENLIGHTENMENT COACHING

  33. 33

Because of the many, many resources available now within this field, ED, I think it’s helpful to let readers know which of these four specialties, primarily, has inspired one blogpost or other.

A certain overwhelm can happen because so much info is here, and it’s all leading-edge. Quite different from today’s mainstream knowledge. For instance, consciousness is often labeled as “mindfulness,” as though today’s mindfulness fad is superior. Actually, according to research I’ve done, mindfulness practices are NOT the same as innocently having consciousness. At best they’re a spiritual side trip.

  34. 34

So that’s why I am now choosing to label each blogpost.

All that said, ED, let’s finally get to your important question.

  35. 35
Ed [Reposted from earlier in our comment conversation] says:

At the start of this article, I read that it was “POWERED BY ENERGY SPIRITUALITY® AURA READING” — Why that one, rather than our other specialties?”

I’ve no idea why Aura Reading would be particularly relevant here.

  36. 36

As you know, ED, I write blogposts and books as the founder of Energy Spirituality®. How to define this field?

The simple answer goes, “Energy Spirituality helps people with emotional growth and spiritual awakening, using skills that work NOW, in the Age of Awakening.” Yes, there’s the common denominator for every blogpost.

  37. 37

Good skills of aura reading, at least Stage 3 Energetic Literacy (or better), underlies every single trademark, every discovery within Energy Spirituality®.

You can expect that, because I take a rigorous approach to learning about what works effectively related to spiritual consciousness in the Age of Awakening.

  38. 38

Sometimes experienced readers of this blog, like Former Lurker ED, are already familiar with the usual analogy I make:

Just as mathematics is the basis of all science,
energetic literacy is the basis of all the skills within Energy Spirituality®.

  39. 39

Because your question touched me, ED, I’ll add a distinction I haven’t made before at this blog or other writing:

Energy Spirituality® is not a science. Much as I tend to respect scientists, the only scientific aspects of my approach are:

  40. 40

    1. Intellectual rigor — as in creating theories or skill sets after testing them, experiencing what they do and don’t accomplish for real-live clients.

    2. Bringing along the (causational) knowledge of a consciousness engineer

  41. 41

    3. Insisting upon using Human Language, rather than Psychology Talk or Energy Talk

    4. Cocreating buildable systems. rather than preferring non-systematic ways of helping people.

  42. 42

But much of the effective of skills and knowledge from Energy Spirituality® comes from the following, which may not be standard practice for scientists in any field:

    1. Cocreating all the knowledge, and personal sessions, and online workships with a Divine Being.

  43. 43

    2. Caring deeply about being of service to every single person I help.

    3. Near the start of every session, learning about every client by doing a brief Skilled Empath Merge (or a less personal skill, if I suspect a newbie is not going to be suitable for help from Energy Spirituality®).

  44. 44

    4. Automatically making a personal committment, every session and every workshop, to help my client or student as much as I can in the time available.

Just last night I was watching a TV show with SNL clips starring Will Ferrell. I admire how he would commit to each scene, to each role he was playing. Giving that his all.

  45. 45

Completing my answer to your question, ED, Energetic Literacy informs all the other three specialties here. So, of course, it was my choice for this article about “Spiritual Integration of Consciousness.”

  46. 46
    Vivian says:

Thank you Rose for this beautiful and powerful new term of art, “Spiritual Integration of Consciousness.”

  47. 47

You and I and others are making use of this every single day. About time we had a name for it, right?

And oh yes, VIVIAN, you are so welcome.

  48. 48
    Horatio says:

I have always found it beneficial to allow for Spiritual Integration of Consciousness to take its course during the day, by doing my Spiritual Technique Time usually within an hour from waking up.

  49. 49
    Horatio says:

I love the flow and sound of Spiritual Integration of Consciousness.

What a great name for an extremely important concept regarding one’s moving toward increased Emotional and Spiritual Growth.

  50. 50

    Thanks, HORATIO.

Regarding that new name, as an Enlightenment Coach, naming things well seems very important to me. The flow and sound of Spiritual Integration of Consciousness — yes, Horatio!

  51. 51
    Henry says:

Congratulations on the new term of art “Spiritual Integration of Consciousness”, Rose. It is indeed a historic moment.

“Spiritual Integration of Consciousness is something you can do. Already you’re probably doing it. But you’ll benefit more if you KNOW that you’re doing it. If you aim to use your full potential in life. “

  52. 52

You know, HENRY, come to think of it, this naming is kind of historic. Even if most people don’t yet know the significance — and potential — of living in the Age of Awakening, it’s an amazing time for emotional growth and spiritual evolution . . . especially if we know what works at this time in history, versus leftover ideas that used to work but now would set us back.

    Thank you.

  53. 53
    Jasmine says:

So glad to see you writing regularly on Substack now, Rose. I have had 20 minutes of daily Spiritual Technique Time as part of my lifestyle for many years and it has not failed me.

Your research, as always, is spot on.

  54. 54
  55. 55
    Michael says:

Thank you Rose! I really enjoyed this article. I can’t wait to learn more about Spiritual Integration of Consciousness.

I wanted to follow up and also ask how would Spiritual Integration of Consciousness bring the best results for Energy Spirituality Aura Reading?

Excellent question, MICHAEL. When we make use of Spiritual Integration of Consciousness, as described in this article, we evolve faster spiritually and grow faster emotionally.

Therefore, the person who DOES the aura reading will do a better job than before that latest personal growth. After all, we don’t read chakra databanks like machines, we do it like people.

    It’s a very popular notion, isn’t it!

Re-Comment #8: Hi Rose, in case it’s helpful.

I don’t pay for the Medium membership but I can still clap, highlight and respond as a comment.
I downloaded the app to my phone and followed you, and can easily talk to others through the comments without paying.

PETER, thank you so much. I’ve revised my earlier Comment #8. This is excellent news.

Spiritual Integration of Consciousness. A wonderful new discovery for Energy Spirituality.

20 minutes daily of Spiritual Technique Time and then going about my day has helped me grow tremendously both spiritually and emotionally.

  62. 62

It just works, VIOLET. Really, it’s the funniest thing but — for now, in the Age of Awakening, 20 Daily Minutes of Spiritual Technique Time is just enough to balance out the rest of the day’s opportunity for Spiritual Integration of Consciousness.

Hundreds of others have found those proportions are right for them. I’m so glad to hear this from you, now, too.

  63. 63
    Ed says:

Rose, what a great answer. Thanks.

Connecting dots between your discoveries and how they were made makes the learning more powerful for me.

  64. 64

Awe! ED, it is such a thrill to me how you and I and the rest of this our informal, curious, caring community, our Energy Spirituality® community — together we’re witnessing the development of these understandings.

What we’re discussing here is, imo, nothing less than how to live well during this second consciousness era on Earth.

  65. 65
    Theodore says:

Matt, thanks for joining the conversation here :-)

  66. 66
    Theodore says:

Rose, watching these new discoveries unfold here has been a real delight.

  67. 67
    Theodore says:

I think that there has been a real staleness in the field of spirituality for a long time, now.

  68. 68
    Theodore says:

Even the New Age years, in my experience, mostly involved a lot of new enthusiasm (revved up by the new energy sensitivity available at that time, and a lot more cross-cultural exchange) for what were still basically the same religious & spiritual traditions we’ve had for so long now.

  69. 69
    Theodore says:

Finally, we get to witness something that is really new, really appropriate for *now*, a time that is so unbelievably different from when those Age of Faith traditions were brought in.

  70. 70
    Theodore says:

I didn’t realise the degree to which I had come to feel, at some point in my life, that everything important related to spirituality had already happened in the past.

That sense that spirituality is alive again, right now in my lifetime, is incredible to me.

  71. 71

THEODORE, you have eloquently spoken on behalf of many.

I found your perspective fascinating, since I lived through those same years (and more, being more than 30 years older than you). Let me share a contrasting perspective.

  72. 72

I’ll call this a perspective on “The New Age Years,” as I call them in “Seeking Enlightenment in the Age of Awakening.

These years came at the tail end of the Age of Faith: From 1980 until the Shift on Dec. 21, 2012.

  73. 73

Mainstream religions continued to teach Age of Faith teachings.

Megachurches began to become popular in the 1980s, at least in my country, America.

  74. 74

For the most part, I’ll agree with you, mainstream religion was Age of Faithey, depending upon loyalty and tradition, with many of us Americans seeking comfort by upholding the “Faith of our fathers.”

In the recording I just linked you to, the singer sounds (to me) almost robotic.

  75. 75

You could also call the years from 1980 until the Shift “The Oprah Years.” Since Oprah Winfrey’s brand of pop psychology and pop spirituality ruled the TV airwaves.

  76. 76

Meanwhile millions of Americans, with Rose Rosetree among them, were exploring energies. Even before the Shift, consciousness here was affected by the progressive removal (for keeps) of the Psychic Barrier around individuals. For instance, the Beach Boys were crazy popular, singing about “Good Vibrations.

Actually, when that song came out in 1968, some of my friends were already doing Energy Talk (as I’d now call it.) From 1980 until the Shift, the Energy Talk intensified.

  77. 77

Spirituality didn’t seem stale to us hippies, trust me. We believed we were inventing it for the first time.

For instance, my friend Margie told me about a concert she attended where she heard Donovan sing. What made the biggest impression on her? At one point in the performance, he broke of singing a song. He walked over to a stick of incense burning in a holder. As Margie reported:

  78. 78

In a very spontaneous way, Donvan told the audience, “The energy here isn’t right.”

He adjusted the position of the incense. “There, that’s better,” he said. Then he went back to playing his guitar, singing his song.

  79. 79

This thrilled Margie and me, thrilled us almost beyond words. Energies WERE real. We wanted to know all about them.

(In hindsight, I suspect that Donovan made this “spontaneous” adjustment every single performance. So thrilling it was to his audience!)

  80. 80

Of course, by now, I still don’t know ALL about energies, but I use good skills of energetic literacy and can research the aura of any human being, in person or from a front-facing photo.

  81. 81

If anything, learning about people’s energies is far more fascinating to me now, since by the second decade of the Age of Awakening, just about every day I cocreate with the Divine and use the skills taught in the system of Aura Reading Through All Your Senses®.

  82. 82

Besides this very vibrant trend, especially a big deal among young adults, what else? THEODORE and other Blog-Buddies, we had the huge impact of the Great World Gurus.

More about them when I return.

  83. 83
    Brooke says:

That STUFF is subconscious rather than conscious helps to explain how people could pursue very well-intentioned things (like in the three sample articles) and yet not make much progress.

  84. 84

Agreed, BROOKE. Many people are not as well informed as they think they are, since they assume they can consciously be aware of what’s going on with them SUBconsciously.

  85. 85

Just as we don’t constantly receive notifications from our autonomic nervous system (which also works subconsciously) the STUFF in our auras is not conscious.

    Good catch!

    Horatio says:

Doing Spiritual Technique Time every day for at least 20 minutes has added more substance to the quality of my day.

I am definitely more resourceful throughout my day and while at work

  87. 87

HORATIO, inspiring words from you. Only I hope you were joking when you wrote “at least 20 minutes.” Even 30 minutes a day of Spiritual Technique Time can propel you into Spiritual Addiction.

I’ve seen that happen to others and would hate to see that happen to you.

  88. 88

Let’s be clear, “at least 20 minutes” can lead to problems, whereas “20 daily minutes of of Spiritual Technique Time” works beautifully.

  89. 89
    Newberg says:

Hi, Rose. The goal of making 5 million dollars by the time you’re thirty made me laugh. Whoops, that one passed me by! Haha.

  90. 90
    Newberg says:

You asked, “Only one thing can mess up this [two step] process. What do you think would keep this two-step from happening?”

  91. 91
    Newberg says:

I’m going to guess it’s doing more than 20 minutes of Technique Time per day.

Then you don’t have a chance to do Spiritual Integration of Consciousness since it happens when you’re not doing Technique Time?

  92. 92

You’re right, NEWBERG. You’re right, right, right.

  93. 93
    Newberg says:

By the way, the idea of 20 Daily Minutes of Spiritual Technique Time does come as a relief to me, because it seems right.

It also makes me kind of queasy because I’ve been doing way more than that for a long time.

  94. 94

No worries on that score then, NEWBERG.

Expect improvement in what you say and do, and maybe less inner complication as well.

  95. 95
    Horatio says:

Sorry Rose! I see what you mean, I didn’t mean to imply to do more than 20 minutes of Spiritual Technique Time in my day.

Only that 20 minutes minimum and maximum has been the right amount for me. No less, but definitely no more than that!

  96. 96

    Excellent!

HORATIO, when we’re bringing new truth into this world, it’s important to have precision in using words. Thank you for your sweet response here. Apology accepted. (Really, none was needed.)

  97. 97
    Angelique says:

Rose, does Spiritual Integration of Consciousness have anything to do with grounding?

It seems like a similar idea to me but *laughing* I bet I have something to learn.

  98. 98

Don’t we all! Although I can’t quite summon up laughter over the topic of GROUNDING and how confused most people today are about this.

Ack! Where to begin to tell the difference between the authentic way to evolve spiritually now, using Spiritual Integration of Consciousness versus the bogus, ignorant, well-meaning, awful activity known as “GROUNDING.”

  99. 99

Hmmm, ANGELIQUE, some of my opinion might have leaked through already. ;-)

I’ll send you to an entire article here, an article devoted to debunking the false allure of GROUNDING.

    Allison says:

    Congratulations, Rose.

Is Spiritual Integration of Consciousness available for everyone living today or only those in certain Consciousness Lifestyles?
