Ugh! You can find warnings by the hundreds. Yet much of the help you find in articles can sound remote, theoretical, clinical. Not here, though. Because I aim to help you to graduate from phone overuse.

How Phone Addiction Shows in Auras
Lately I’ve been finding an alarming new problem with consciousness lifestyles. Namely, patterns with how people are walking around with messed-up variations on “Human-Based Spirituality.”
Basically, here’s the deal. Sadly, many folks who consider themselves self-actualizing, or cool, or with it? Some of them are unknowingly losing their connection to objective reality.
Stories, anyone? Without naming real names, can you describe a Sam or Gladys in your life? Somebody who comes to mind in this regard? What do you wish you could tell this person?
Wisdom Seekers, your stories can help bring this hidden problem to light.
Get over the overuse now and problems can be reversed. Wisdom Seeker, I urge you to make this a priority.
Start right away. Insist upon overcoming these electronic dependencies.
An Example of Phone and YouTube Addiction. Aura-Level.
Wisdom Seeker, what’s the big deal about spending a lot of time on your phone? It’s a “behavioral addiction” at most, isn’t it?
And why complain about YouTube? Is that just some kind of snobbery?

Maybe it’s time for a story. 💚💚💚
Picture me, starting a session of Energy Spirituality Aura Reading with Sam. (Details that follow are altered to honor confidentiality. For instance, no, “Sam” is not his real name.)
When asked, Sam tells me he’d like some Soul Thrill® Aura Research. Since he’s in search of a new hobby.
As usual, I set up his session in the usual way, such as cocreating with Sam’s choice of Divine Being. Also, as usual, this Energy Spirituality® session begins with a Skilled Empath Merge. Super-quickly, this tells me a ton about how Sam is doing.
This time around, what I find alarms me. A significant problem has developed in my client’s chakra databanks.
Sam asks for help to start solving this problem. So that’s what we do in the rest of his session, and what I’m going to share with you.
So, What Was the Prob?
What Alarmed Me?
Sure, I could use the language of chakra databanks. However, wouldn’t you prefer for me to put it in plain English?
Sam’s aura was mostly dead. Akin to a plant that hadn’t been watered for a long time. Like, barely clinging to life. This had led to a habitual detachment in his relationships.
Okay, if you’d like more specifics:
- Overall SIZE of one chakra databank after another: Barely a few inches. Rather than 15 to 40 feet, each. (Ordinarily, that would have been a normal size for Sam on that day.)
- Overall QUALITY of one chakra databank after another: Curiously blank, listless, whatevery.
- Absent were Sam’s characteristic intelligence, vibrant connection to life, his adorable-and-quirky individuality.
- Even Sam’s most defining characteristic, subconsciously and energetically, was gone: Apparently vanished was Sam’s huge love of God.
- Always, before, Sam had been striving to grow. Now he was more like energetically sedated, numb.
To be clear, over the years I have helped other Energy Spirituality® clients to overcome some degree of phone overuse, etc. Nothing like this, though. In my experience, this degree of aura-level mess was new. Wow!
Yet, within a few weeks of our session, Sam reported improvement regarding phone use. He inspired this article. If you have a fairly mild problem with electronic toy overuse, the following steps may be all that you need. I hope so.
HOW Can You Overcome Phone Overuse
Or Letting Life Pass You by While You Stare at YouTube?
Step #1.
Acknowledge the Problem
Is it possible that you are overusing your mobile phone? Or watching too many YouTube videos? Or constantly playing something in the background?
Take that seriously. As a problem. Avoid waiting until that problem gets worse. Eventually this could build to big drama, threatening your quality of life.
Please, give the following steps a chance to help you, starting now.
Step #2. Educate Yourself about
Your Normal, Natural Flow of Consciousness

Of course, none of this will help if you skim-read. Whenever you read this blog, or a book, or other material worth thinking about…
Slow down and use the other reading speed that you know how to do: Normal, thoughtful reading.
- Skim-reading works fine on Twitter.
- But you still have an older set of skills for reading. Remember what you learned in school for thoughtful, unhurried reading?
- That. Use that. You’ll learn more from what you read.
- Best of all, unhurried reading can help you to stop rushing so fast that it’s unsustainable. That’s a common problem related to phone overuse.
What if your habits of reading have been compromised? Like, you only skim-read. And you haven’t read a print book in ages.
Quite often, that’s related to excessive use of electronic entertainment. Yet you can resolve to regain your ability to slow-read. And also to think on your own. Do it for 10 minutes a day. Soon, this will feel so much rewarding, you’ll want to do more
Put Yourself First,
Not Your Phone or YouTube
Decrease your daily love affair with that cell.
- Each morning, live for at least three hours before you turn on your mobile phone.
- Limit yourself to 1 hour daily, all in one go, using your mobile phone. Even better, limit yourself to a maxium of 15-30 minutes.
- As for YouTube, banish it completely. Because you really can live without it. Give yourself 6 weeks without it. Then evaluate. Is your life improving or what?
Speaking from Experience
Further, might I suggest? Avoid using hypnosis to solve this problem.
Don’t meditate extra, either. For Heaven’s sake!
Ask me why approaches like these can only exacerbate problems with paying attention. In ordinary ways having a human life.
Specifically you can ask what gives me the standing to make these two recommendations? Ask, and I’ll answer.
In Conclusion
From the perspective of your spiritual consciousness, phone overuse can cause you to detach from life. Halt your emotional growth. Eventually this can even stall spiritual evolution for the rest of your life.
Likely, if you’re having this prob, it has developed gradually, without your knowing anything is wrong. Well, take action now!
