Nonetheless, targeted help for your day-to-day living as a sensitive person? This starts with acknowledging how there are 6 different kinds of sensitive humans in this world.
Below, I’m going to list each of hese six categories. Using this practical sequence:

- Defining it.
- What is a special excellence, having this lifelong degree of sensitivity?
- Also, you’ll receive a practical tip to keep you resourceful in consciousness.
As you read, you may get a sense of where you fit into this Sensitivity Scale. (Likewise, the sensitivity of other people in your life.)
About Today’s Sensitivity Coaching
Each of our six tips is designed for someone with a particular degree of lifelong sensitivity. My recommendation: Don’t bother to read about tips designed for other people.
You’ll do yourself no favors by browsing among all the tips below, as if you understood how all of them worked. Or choosing whatever appealed to you. Akin to browsing-and-sampling different flavors at an ice cream shoppe.
For each degree of sensitivity, you’ll receive one simple tip. Do this something before you activate an assist like the new Google AI Mode. Your tip – that simple how-to for your consciousness – will strengthen and protect your sense of being human:
Actively living in your reality. Rather than fading away into a kind of virtual version of life that diminishes the flow of your consciousness.
How Long Can You Expect Results to Last?
Expect the protection from using your Protection Tip to last for each task, or study session, set in motion by using advanced AI technology.
For instance: This January, I decided to season my cast iron cookware. Hadn’t needed to do this for years. Now it was time to refresh my knowledge about what to do.

Each Protection Tip is quick. Just a small thing to do. Yours will take you just a few minutes – at most.

#3. What is a special excellence, having this lifelong degree of sensitivity? Being reliable and down to earth. No pie in the sky for you!

Pinch yourself gently. Three different places.
Of course, we’re talking about gentle pinching. Could be 3 different places on the same body part, like your left forearm.

A Peek at How This Helps You Engage with Life at Human Vibrational Frequencies
This tip positions your consciousness at your regular, normal, human life.
In Greek mythology, there’s a hero named Antaeus. Whenever he touched the ground, his full strength returned. As a Highly-Highly Literal Person, you’re a bit like that. For that reason, your Protection Tip returns you to a more resourceful way to use your consciousness.
Do You Score 2 on the Energy Spirituality SENSITIVITY SCALE?
That Means You’re a Highly Literal Person
#1. Naming it. Done.
#2. Defining it. The last thing on earth you need is any “Grounding” technique. You have been born with an excellent connection to objective reality. And your personal sense of self is also strong.
#3. What is a special excellence, having this lifelong degree of sensitivity? You gain a measure of respect from others – just by showing up socially the way you do.
You see, compared with folks higher up on their Sensitivity Scores, you’re less likely to say and do things that strike others as “weird.”
#4. And a Protection Tip for you when Using Google AI Mode.
For Sensitivity Score 2. Your Protection Tip
Before Using AI Overview or Google’s New Google AI Mode
Let’s start with a note about logistics.
- If inside, move to a room with a window. Pull up the blinds and curtains so you can see out.
- If no window is available. Walk outside to a place where you will be alone. No humans, no dogs.
Okay, ready? Here goes:
- Face the window.
- Look at three different objects, in turn.
- At Object 1, take about 10 seconds to notice some details of that object. No rushing. Hey, enjoy yourself.
Now you’re protected before reading on AI Overview or searching on Google AI Mode.
What Will Help You Most with this Protection Tip – Fine-Tuning
Here’s an example, choose one tree.
- Look at it from the lowest part of it you can see all the way up to the top.
- Check out one or more branches.
- How does the color of that tree look against the sky?
Pause briefly and go on to your next object, until you’ve looked three objects in total.
Now you’re ready to walk over to the computer and search-then-read an AI Overview or else search on Google AI Mode.
Do You Score 3 on the Energy Spirituality SENSITIVITY SCALE?
That Means You’re Better at Getting Along Socially,
Compared to All the Folks with the Other Sensitivity Scores
#1. Naming it. Done.
#2. Defining it. You have a flair for noticing just enough about other people. Not enough to shake your beautifully strong sense of self!
- If you’re very visual as a person, what you see about other people, animals, etc.? This may give you all the information you want.
- What if you’re more into hearing, feeling physical sensations, etc. – sources of information that are not necessarily visual at all. You receive all the information you need. You receive it in your way.
#3. What is a special excellence, having this lifelong degree of sensitivity? You find it easier to get along with people at degrees of sensitivity other than your own. Specifically:
- You’re likely to feel pretty comfortable with those who score 1 or 2 on the Energy Spirituality SENSITIVITY SCALE.
- You’re also likely to feel pretty comfortable with those who score 4 or 5 on the Energy Spirituality SENSITIVITY SCALE.
My perspective based on experience of my Energy Spirituality clients who also score 3 on the Energy Spirituality SENSITIVITY SCALE. This is a fabulous advantage to have, socially.
#4. And a Protection Tip for you when Using Google AI Mode.
For Sensitivity Score 3. Your Protection Tip
Before Using AI Overview or Google’s New Google AI Mode
Use your Power of Command to cocreate with either God or Archangel Michael. Language for doing this is at the heading: “For Best Results, Set up Cocreating with a Divine Being”.
- Stand up. Your eyes are open. Somewhat slowly, clap your hands five times.
- Still standing up, before you close your eyes, read these instructions for Step 2. Then DO step 2: Now your eyes are closed. Somewhat slowly, clap your hands five times. Open your eyes.
- Sit in a chair, back not supported – sit up straight. (Note: Of course, if back support is required for health reasons when you sit, lean back against the chair.) Legs uncrossed. Feet or shoes on the floor. Look at one an object in the room, like the door or the doorknob, etc. Somewhat slowly, clap your hands five times.
Now you’re protected before reading on AI Overview or searching on Google AI Mode.
Do You Score 4 on the Energy Spirituality SENSITIVITY SCALE?
That Means You Make Sensitivity Discoveries Daily
#1. Naming it. Done.
#2. Defining it. Life can be pretty overwhelming, ever notice? You have the good fortune to live with a degree of sensitivity so that your tendency, when you’re doing well, is to only notice what you need. (This could work for you like the Liberty Mutual commercials that are popular now. “Only pay for what you need.”)
Could there be advantages to having this right-sized sensitivity? Of course!
You can impress others as steady and poised, due to noticing some information about people’s inner lives… but not too much information.
The flip side is, you could also suffer from disadvantages that are linked directly to your Sensitivity Style. You’re having an unpredictable human life on Earth. Like you, every other human with normal mental functioning, regardless of Sensitivity Style, can be having a bumpy ride.
- Sometimes 4s, 5s, and 20s may express disappointed in you. Since you don’t notice as much as you could about them. (They think.)
- Alternatively, what can happen because their inner lives are considerably more complicated than yours? What notice about their inner lives can become too much, way too much.
#3. What is a special excellence, having this lifelong degree of sensitivity? Having Moderately Sensitivity, you can find it relatively easy, being exactly as sensitive as you are.
Did you know? Folks with more sensitivity than you may suffer a lot more than you do. (Really!) Suffer until they learn skills that are appropriate for their degree of sensitivity. You don’t need to learn special skills, in my view, other than learning the following Protection Tip. Speaking of which ….
#4. And a Protection Tip for You.
For Sensitivity Score 4. Your Protection Tip
Before Using AI Overview or Google’s New Google AI Mode
Stand up. Raise both arms above your head. Hold them straight until you’ve finished this entire Protection Tip.
The first time or more that you use this Protection Tip, keep your eyes open. Since you’ll be reading the instructions step by step. Once you’re comfortable, do this with eyes closed. (You’ll have better results.)
Altogether, you’ll start Position 1 with your arms and hands reaching up toward the ceiling. Altogether you’ll go into 7 positions, each one with your arms and hands lowered a bit.
Position 1. For a few seconds, raise your arms, reaching up toward the ceiling. Tighten your arms and spread your fingers. Slowly breathe in and out, then return to normal breathing. Pause and return to normal breathing.
Now you’ve done Position 1. Keep your arms and hands in the position where they are right now.
Position 2. Lower your arms slightly. They’ll still be above your head. Gently spread your fingers wide. Slowly breathe in and out. Pause and return to normal breathing.
Now you’ve done Position 2. Keep your arms and hands in the position where they are right now.
Position 3. Lower your arms slightly. They’re still pretty high up. Gently spread your fingers wide. Slowly breathe in and out. Pause and return to normal breathing.
Now you’ve done Position 3. Keep your arms and hands in the position where they are right now.
Position 4. Lower your arms slightly. They’ll be in front of you, at the level of your face. Gently spread your fingers wide. Slowly breathe in and out. Pause and return to normal breathing.
Now you’ve done Position 4. Keep your arms and hands in the position where they are right now.
Position 5. Lower your arms slightly. They’ll be in front of you, for example, in front of your neck. Gently spread your fingers wide. Slowly breathe in and out. Pause and return to normal breathing.
Now you’ve done Position 5. Keep your arms and hands in the position where they are right now.
Position 6. Lower your arms slightly. They’ll be in front of you, for example, at heart level. Gently spread your fingers wide. Slowly breathe in and out. Pause and return to normal breathing.
Now you’ve done Position 6. Keep your arms and hands in the position where they are right now.
Position 7. Lower your arms until each arm is at your side, pointing down. Gently spread your fingers wide. Slowly breathe in and out. Pause and return to normal breathing.
Now you’ve done Position 7. And you’re done! Open your eyes. Move your arms (and the rest of yourself) into a comfortable position.

Do You Score 5 on the Energy Spirituality SENSITIVITY SCALE?
That Means You’re a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)
#1. Naming it. Done.
#2. Defining it. Spiritually, it’s a blessing that you are more sensitive than most people. However, you also pay the price: It’s important for you to learn social skills so that you use your sensitivity appropriately, without expecting less sensitive people to act differently for your benefit.
#3. What is a special excellence, having this lifelong degree of sensitivity? You really are more sensitive than most people – more sensitive than those who score 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 on the 6-category Energy Spirituality SENSITIVITY SCALE.
With such great sensitivity, you’re talented at appreciating inner nuances in life, regarding just about everything.
- Such as how your friends are doing.
- What makes a great athlete . . . great?
- When it comes to the arts, to fine dining, etc., your taste can be nothing short of superb.
As a practical consideration, here’s another excellence – or at least an advantage. You can learn Social Sensitivity Skills that do not require learning anything different about how to use your consciousness. So you’re more likely to find a teacher with integrity and useful information, compared with the shocking mess about what’s happening these days among teachers for empaths.
#4. And a Protection Tip for you when Using Google AI Mode.
For Sensitivity Score 5. Your Protection Tip
Before Using AI Overview or Google’s New Google AI Mode
First few times you use this Protection Tip, keep your eyes open because you’ll be reading as you go. As you use this skill more often, you’ll remember what to do and can keep your eyes closed the whole time until “Open your eyes.”
- Stand up straight. Close your eyes and notice where your navel is. (Don’t physically touch your body. Sense your navel, in an easy-and-comfortable way.)
- Take a slow breath in and out.
- Paying attention to your body, slowly move upward. Gradually sense your body from feet up to head. Your navel is always the most important part. Take 4-10 stops along the way and, each time, take a slow breath in and out.
- Open your eyes. Instead of noticing your navel, or any sensations within your physical body, Hello World! Resume your usual noticing of other objects in the room. Or people, when you’re not doing this Protection Tip! When awake, your default is eyes open (except when you’re blinking), and paying attention to whatever happens in objective reality.
Now you’re protected before reading on AI Overview or searching on Google AI Mode.
Do You Score 20 on the Energy Spirituality SENSITIVITY SCALE?
That Means You’re an Empath
#1. Naming it. Done.
#2. Defining it. In your consciousness, you are wired differently from all the other folks with lower scores on the Energy Spirituality SENSITIVITY SCALE. For you to use your full potential in life, it’s essential for you to gain Real-Deal Empath Empowerment®.
Some folks make up their own workaround, like Christine Nagel – a world-class perfumer whose aura I read recently. She’s doing very well.
However, most folks don’t succeed at making up their own workarounds. That includes the so-called “Empath Experts” whom I researched at length at this article.
Please note: Using your Protection Tip before using Google AI Mode? This won’t work fully until you become a Skilled Empath. I urge you to make it a priority, gaining Empath Empowerment®.
#3. What is a special excellence, having this lifelong degree of sensitivity? Like HSPs, you’re talented at appreciating inner nuances in life, regarding just about everything and everyone. In addition,,once you become a Skilled Empath, your perceptiveness can be uncanny. And not because you’re working with discarnate entities, like psychics.)
In addition, only empaths can learn how to do Skilled Empath Merge – also known as, “The biggest fun you can have with your clothes on.”

For Sensitivity Score 20. Your Protection Tip
Before Using Advanced AI Assists, like Google’s New Google AI Mode
First few times you use this skill, keep your eyes open because you’ll be reading as you go. As you use this skill more often, you’ll remember what to do and can keep your eyes closed the whole time until “Open your eyes.”
- Close your eyes. Sit comfortably: Legs uncrossed, feet on floor, hands palms up on your thighs.
- Hold up both your hands at waist level, or higher, as you wish.
- Wiggle your fingers in the air – any which way. Breathe deeply in through your nose; out through your mouth.
- Slowly move around your arms, moving them a bit higher or lower, or to one side or another. Keep wiggling your fingers, varying the speed. Give yourself a couple of moments, doing this.
- Open your eyes. Place both hands, palms down, on your thighs.
- Look around the room where you are. Notice one object at a time. Blink a little more often than usual, if you wish.
- Read this aloud:
I am a human being who happens to be very perceptive. My default in life is that I come first. My sense of self is strong.
Whatever I notice happening with other people, or things, or places, I come first. Because my sense of self is strong.
Now you’re protected before reading on AI Overview or searching on Google AI Mode. Or when having conversations with a chatbot.
In Conclusion
Consider yourself introduced to your own kind of lifelong sensitivity! And also introduced to the very big benefit for your personal consciousness of using your personal Protection Tip:
- Always use your Protection Tip before reading an AI Overview (on any platform, not only Google.)
- But if you read a sentence or two by accident, just stop reading. No Protection Tip was needed.
- Additionally, always use your personal Protection Tip before searching on Google AI Mode.
- And use your Protection Tip before having a “conversation” with a chatbot.

To me, Google AI Mode marks a new kind of artificial intelligence done in the style of GPT:
* Both practical help “for free.”
* Seemingly down to earth, although really virtual.
* Acting like a wonderful friend – at a time when it is exceedingly hard to make human friends and maintain friendships.
Seems to me, it becomes all too easy for us to let our guard down and begin to feel as though AI help is like the human friends we crave and need . . . and don’t have.
This can confuse us, all the way down to how our consciousness works.
Fortunately, these little Protection Tips can help us to stay ourselves, un-confusedly ourselves.

Here’s one way to look at what you wrote previously.

Very understandable as a first reaction.
In a jokey paraphrase, the instructions for seasoning cast iron came from Google AI Mode. So there were “gross energy cooties” in those instructions, any time you used them. (Only there is no such thng as “gross energy cooties” in those instructions that you originally learned online.)
Later, in Comment #20 you wrote [at the start]:

PAUL and other Blog-Buddies, isn’t this an excellent example of a trend that has been growing in the last decade? Being very involved in words, and their impact on the people who use them, I thought “Wow! Confused???”
So I’m googling this: “the more I think about it, the more confusing it gets for me”

How strange is that?
About the word confused, have you noticed how – over the past 20 years – that has become both popularized and also degraded by how it’s used?
If you’re a language watcher, you may remember when this started. In business speak or, sometimes when people were acting falsely to seem polite, this “confused” business started to emerge.
Here comes an example.
Gladys is talking to her employee Sam.
Sam complains that Gladys has just asked him to do something that’s too difficult. (Basically, he’s too lazy to do it, so he’s trying to wiggle out of the order from his boss.)
Sam tells Gladys, “I’m confused. Did you want me to do it tomorrow or next month?”
(Knowing full well she ordered him to do that task TOMORROW.)
I noticed immediately when people began saying, “I’m confused” as a manipulative kind of lie. Grrrrrr.
Have any of you Blog-Buddies noticed this, and found it annoying?
In this example, Sam wasn’t confused. He was undermining his boss’ authority!
For laughs, I’m googling “I’m confused.”
Is it as popular as I think it is? Especially as a way to win social points by lying???

Regular readers of this blog are familiar with my theory that we’re all subconsciously influenced by words in direct proportion to how popular they become. (See the latest link for more details.)
Time was – and for some of us, PAUL, time still is – that an intelligent person would THINK ABOUT SOMETHING.
In the process it’s normal to have a sequence of ideas, with progressively more clarity.
Smarter ideas.
Wiser ideas.
Better ideas – unless you’ve been drinking the Kool Aid, which causes you to think ….
Supposedly, if you have more than one idea, it must mean you are “confused.”
As if limited thinking, or not much thinking at all, is definitely better. As if!
In Comment #20, you shared a more sophisticated thought. Not a confused thought, Dear Heart!
“As I think, wouldn’t it be just following steps on a printed paper without actively using AI?” Which is the truth.
PAUL, you’re not doomed to download Google AI Mode instructions directly into your brain.
Instead, you, a human being. You can chose to print out your own copy of those instructions.
* Instructions on your sheet of paper.
* Instructions on paper, real paper, not something virtual on a screen.
* Instructions that came to you . . . FROM you. A human being.
In terms of how you automatically position your consciousness, Paul, that’s entirely different in our second example, using instructions that YOU had printed out.
HUMAN Vibrational Frequencies – that’s the ideal default for our consciousness, as human beings living in the Age of Awakeing.
Whereas instructions that we read on a screen, instructions that don’t come from a flesh-and-blood human?
These are, I suspect, often received automatically by positioning our consciousness (without trying) at a version of that information where it was generated, at an ASTRAL Vibrational Frequency.
Human is better for us, PAUL and other Blog-Buddies.
It’s fine, and sometimes mighty convenient, to accept help from a non-human source like Google AI Mode. But make no mistake, that source ain’t human.

Cocreating a blogpost with Divine help, sometimes I’ll put language to things that I (personally) had never thought about before.
Writing those words you quoted gave me a gentle surprise, a kind of unexpected education.
For all of you who thought those quoted words make sense, I’m glad to be of service.
American society, and likely other societies too, have a too-high threshold for noticing problems. Or so it seems to me.
The new consciousness dangers specific to an AI software enhance to seem truly human, adding GPT to – usually inhuman-seemijng regular AI?
Too easy to trust! Too easy to inwardly feel like you’re having a relationship with this non-person.
Of course, I’ve begun to research the impact on positioning consciousness. So far, I’ve just researched the impact on myself, but I recently reached out to one of my Energy Spirituality® clients, HORATIO.

It clarified many things for me. And I realized that I am doing disservice to myself when I use the word confuse. I don’t want to use that word any more.
PAUL, I’m so glad you appreciated my historical survey of how “I’m confused” has become trendy. And it often strikes a false note.
You still might be in situations where somebody else says something vague, illogical, or otherwise confusing. The comeback in such situations, though, wouldn’t be to whine, “I’m confused”.
Instead, you could say something like, “What did you mean by that?” Or simply say, “Please clarify that idea.”

I do want to clarify, though, there’s a difference between being pushed into AI at work….. (Not the first stupid idea that has seemed trendy in the workplace! I do applaud the GOOD ideas, instead.)
There’s a quantum leap, consciousness-wise, between AI that has all the charm of a basic robot.
Versus the hugely different – in terms of the impact on our conscious emotions and also our subconscious spiritual consciousness – of Google AI MODE.
I’m not nearly as adept as you at speaking clearly about technology, and AI. I wouldn’t even try to impersonate a digital native like you and most of our readers at this Energy Spirituality® Blog.
But I do have 50+ years as a researcher of consciousness, one way or another. And as a teacher of spiritual growth that depends upon consciousness, not religion or theology.
From that perspective, it quickly became clear to me – even though I can’t write code yet, and admittedly I don’t understand much about how my pc works, let alone what to do when a new problem appears (though I’m learning as best I can; there’s just so much for me to learn) ….
Soon as I had my first experience of using Google AI MODE, it became clear to me:
Consciousness-wise, AI MODE is different.
The AI we’re used to doesn’t seem human-like. Or even appealing in a personal way.
It’s a convenience that some people are being pushed into. Plus AI is aggressively offering us alternatives on social media in a way that has always made me furious – inserting itself into our writing whether we want it or not.
By contrast, in recent years, many of us have witnessed the suave allure of Chat GPT. In its clever mimicry and fakery, Chat GPT appears almost human.
Sympathetic. Even interested in us.
All a big lie to elicit our trust.
And I’m not a fan of deceiving people, manipulating people.
THEODORE and other Blog-Buddies, I suspect that the rest of you feel similarly. After all, the point of Energy Spirituality® is to bring more truth into this world.
Plus, for all of us who’ve been “Seeking Enlightenment in the Age of Awakening” …
Even more so for all of us who’ve had the supreme good fortune of moving into Spiritual Enlightenment …
Different from each other, though we are, each of us has a passionate love of truth.
Not the truth of dogma, necessarily. Nor of loyalty to a theology. But a yearning for more and more connection to God, and God as a source of TRUTH.
No wonder many of us, without trying to be snobby, have a kind of radar in life. We suss out hypocrisy and insincerity and posturing.
