If you aim to Love Your Soul, this learning matters. Because all of us here have something in common that is both uncanny and big and historic. You and I are among the first human beings, in the history of this planet, to be living in the Age of Awakening.
Historically all this began with the Shift on Dec. 21, 2012. Ushering in a second consciousness era on Earth. In contrast to the first consciousness era on Earth, aka “The Age of Faith.”
What shifted involves mainly spiritual consciousness, nothing flashy or dramatic or weird. If you think about it, what would be included in developing knowledge newly available for today’s wisdom? That could include gaining current knowledge that can help you in your relationship with . . . Your Soul in the Age of Awakening.

To prepare for this lifetime:

- Growth themes and problems for this lifetime are hardly random either.

This second version of your soul is unique and eternal. You see, once upon a time, your unique individuality was created by God. Nobody else like you, ever!
Unique and Irreplaceable You! As an eternal soul, for as long as you choose to live in a Heaven, your body is made of energy, of light. And it’s uniquely you, with your one-of-a-kind individuality.
In mainstream culture, such souls are called angels. Each one lives in a Heaven at an Astral Vibrational Frequency.
Did you know? There are innumerable Heavens. Corresponding to the innumerable vibrational frequencies that exist throughout creation.
For now, if you’re not familiar with the idea of vibrational frequencies, let’s make it simple. Consider them to be different qualities of consciousness. For every Astral Vibrational Frequency, there are multiple corresponding Heavens.

Having facilitated many sessions of Soul Retrieval and Validation, I’d say that your reaction is similar to that of other clients — similar, yet beautifully unique as well.
It is such a privilege to bring this new kind of truth, and resourcefulness, into this world.
Facilitating such sessions is a unique kind of thrill for me, compared to the different soul thrills I experience when facilitating each kind of session centerpiece of Energy Spirituality ENERGY HEALING. Unique thrill, unique gratitude.
Regarding point #2, Rose, you write that though there is an infinite variety available for your Soul Expression in a particular lifetime, deep down you always feel like yourself.
How fascinating!
I am curious to hear more, Rose, about which experiences you’ve had with clients, convinced you that, whatever your current human incarnation, you will, deep down, feel like yourself.
Fascinating indeed, VIOLET!
All my successful experiences of facilitating past life regressions resulted in experiences where my client felt “like me.” Whether it was earlier with the present incarnation or — as was more common — experiences in a completely different incarnation.
* Whatever my client’s gender in that former lifetime.
* Wherever on Earth — name any continents and I’ve guided at least one client through a past life there, aside from Arctica and Antarctica.
* In sickness and in health.
* Intelligent or developmentally delayed.
* Honorable or leading a perpetrator-type incarnation.
Always, it felt “like me” to a client.
Note that in Comment #15 I referred to “All my successful experiences of facilitating past life regressions.”
Two unsuccessful attempts come to mind. One was when I was in England, staying in a youth hostel. I was chatting with another guest, as one does.
Gladys seemed to be very interested in past-life regressions, so I offered to facilitate one for her.
For free. Mainly the free aspect is why Gladys seemed interested.
I’m more discerning by now, but back in the day, I wanted to help people. I assumed they spoke with me in good faith.
In hindsight, Gladys expected I would do something to her, the flashier the better. Or else she expected something akin to watching a move at a cinema.
She complained that “nothing happened.”
At least I gained some discernment.
My other failed attempt at facilitating a past life regression was with my son Matt. When he was 3.
He kept jumping up from the bed, where I asked him to lie on his back. The kid wanted to play.
In hindsight, he was too young for this.
Just about always, then, VIOLET, my clients had a meaningful experience that removed Large Intensity Frozen Blocks and helped them to solve problems.
Which was always the point. Some of the results were life changing, such as my client Gladys who had crippling cramps whenever she went through her menstrual cycle. For the worst of it, two days each month, all she could do was lie down next to the toilet, convenient for vomiting.
All this despite being on the most heavy duty medication her doctor could prescribe.
It took several sessions to change this problem, but with some improvement every time. After maybe eight sessions devoted to solving this problem, Gladys’ periods were cramp-free.

Either you have a “beautiful faith” and accept all your meant to be’s or else — supposedly — you have lost your faith. At which point you believe in nothing.
With the nuances we can appreciate in the Age of Awakening it can be considerably easier to accept a handful of premises for an incarnation, such as having a Life Contract, expressly designed for your soul’s evolution in this particular soul expression.
